  • Fire rated, glazed lobby area formed and new entrance from adjacent Engineering Building constructed

  • Full height, glazed roller shutters installed

  • PPC aluminium façade work undertaken to the front of the space and around the roller shutter door, incorporating a cantilevered, louvred box canopy to serve the basement fresh air intake

  • Decorations 

 

The creative space has retained it’s 10T gantry crane and platform lift to provide access to the Engineering faculty in the basement when they require plant/machinery deliveries and experimental engines.
