RIVERSIDE WHARF PROJECT

We have recently completed the fit out of a 2,100sqft apartment over looking the river in Battersea for a private client. The project cost for the entire fit out works was £350,000, and work was overseen by Rob Stevens who at the time was acting on behalf of the main contractor. During the sixteen week construction phase and the negotiated tender running up to the site start date I found

that he managed the entire process in a professional and diligent manner. Rob acted in a pro-active manner to ensure any potential problems were identified early on allowing him to deliver the project on time and budget.
